Tau Objective Marker

Hello,

I finally got one of the Objective Markers I was working on finished. This is the Tau Fire Warrior overlooking the body of a Space Marine he just vanquished for the greater good. I think it turned out OK. I sealed it this morning. I only have my Blackberry camera for now but hope to get a new camera this month. Take a look and tell me what you think?

I have in the works another two objective markers feature chaos and space marines battling and another with a charging ork. I have some other ideas for markers but not sure if I can pull them off. I know my old friend Johhny P remembers my "Grand Dragon" objective marker from 2004! That has been retired! I ordered some models for Reaper Games to use in conjunction with the 40k models as objectives. Stay tuned!

  1. I think that looks like a fantastic marker. Really loving the pose, the painting and the vibe in general.

How does you son feel about seeing a dead crimson fist though? Has he sworn revenge against Tau?

  2. Thanks! My son likes Ultras now so I think he can deal! Right now though, he has his sight son revenge against the ork player that got him last week! Maybe a bat rep tonight!

  3. Well that's good. It's nice when a certain miniature (e.g. Calgar) can sway you to a certain faction. That is one of the joys of wargaming to my mind. I definitely felt that way about the Hammerhead for the tau (it's almost a modern tank) and for the Harbinger for WM Menoth.

Looking forward to the battle report when you get a chance. Tell him to remember the flamers, use his firepower and don't be shy of assaulting if he needs to prevent the furious charge.

    Good luck to him.
